The League of Friends

How We've Helped

The League of Friends provides a coffee shop, newspapers for the wards, purchases equipment for the hospital and finds volunteers to work with the hospital staff in providing creative activities for the patients Also, the Friends have recently refurbished the hospital gardens to provide pleasant places for the patients and staff in good weather. Friends and hospital staff combine each year in to run a Summer Fair which attracts a lot of interest in the neighbourhood and typically raises about one thousand pounds.
